Azure OpenAI LLM Endpoint
Provider: 
Use an Azure OpenAI LLM endpoint for Azure-hosted model deployments. Configure kind: llm with provider: AzureOpenAI and the Azure deployment details required by the endpoint configuration.
Treat an Azure deployment name as part of the configured model route. Keep Azure credentials in Eden-managed endpoint configuration and give applications or agents an Eden gateway key.
