OpenAI LLM Endpoint

Provider:

Use an OpenAI LLM endpoint when Eve should hold the provider credential and route OpenAI-compatible model traffic through a governed endpoint.

Set kind to llm, provider to OpenAI, and configure a default model or explicit model routes. Use base_url_override only for an OpenAI-compatible deployment that intentionally uses the OpenAI wire shape.
